Chris Parnell,
EVP, Paramount+

“I've developed with and known Erika for years, and she's one of the most forward-looking, thoughtful creative execs I've ever worked with. Smart notes, careful stewardship of shows, and a deep rolodex of talent that trusts her. "

Laren LeFranc,
Showrunner,
The Penguin

"Erika is a huge part of why I even have a career. [She] created NBC Universal's 'Writers on the Verge', of which I was a participant. She is an excellent executive and producer with fantastic taste and genuinely great relationships with writers of every level, because she cares and gets things done. I wholeheartedly recommending working with Erika. You will be better for it."

Sue Kim,
Director, Always Lalisa

Erika is a force of nature not to be underestimated. I had been working on a film project that was flailing in development for years, but as soon as Erika came on board, we were able to pitch and get greenlit within months. She is a dream partner and I would happily work with Erika on all of my projects if I could!
